Orders need to be made via our website moyoulondon.com, this website is for costumers living in the United States, if you wish to place an order to be shipped to another country, please go to: ww.moyou.co.uk 1. Start shopping by selecting the product category links: e.g. PLATES, POLISH, ACCESSORIES. You can also shop our latest product through the NEW IN category link. If you have a specific product in mind or are unsure where to start, you can simply enter a key word or item number in the search box on the homepage. 2. Once you have found an item you want to buy, click on the 'ADD TO BAG' button. 3. You can then either continue shopping, or review the items in your shopping cart. 4. If you're happy with the items in your cart, click 'CHECKOUT' to complete your order. You may order as a guest. However, we recommend that you register an account with us so you can log in and view your orders and details at anytime. Our current payment methods is Paypal.

We aim to ship orders the next working day however during busy periods we might take 3 to 5 working days.

Please note, if your order is shipped with USPS it can take up around 5-7 business days. If you where provided with a tracking number, you can check where your parcel here: https://www.usps.com/

In MoYou London we take great pride in our products quality - in any case that you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us directly to infousa@moyoumarketing.com and we'll take it from there. In case you would like an exchange or refund for any other reason, we offer a 28-Day Replacement or Refund policy (excluding P&P). Please contact our customer service. Make sure the product is unused and in its original packaging. If for any reason the item your ordered did not arrive in a perfect condition or with any fault, please let us know and we will sort it out.

If you would like to cancel an order that you have already place, please email us the order number and we will try to process your request before the order is shipped. However, if your order has been shipped we will not be able to cancel and you will need to wait for your parcel to arrive to return any unwanted items.
