Whilst your customer service and delivery speed are good, the product themselves are simply not fit for purpose.
The nails do not stay in place, and peel and lift after just a few hours, even if you follow all the instructions regarding nail prep and placement.
The plates I received are wonderful. I loved them.
I’ve had so many compliments on my nails everybody loves them! Can’t believe how easy the strips are to apply, I’m on day 5 of wearing them and they still look as good as they did at first application
Easy to apply but only took a couple of days and 1 nail wrap started peeling off. I have used lots of nail wrap brands and these are the only ones that have peeled off.
I absolutely adore these gel nails. Normally gel polish just comes straight off. But these last ages! And they look great. I’ve had loads of compliments.
I hate to give these such a low score as I’ve had great experiences with other nail wraps, but this one in particular started lifting within 48 hours which honestly was so disappointing and looks like I’m not the only one!
These are my 2nd set of gel strips and as much as I LOVE the design and colour, I only gave them 4/5 stars simply because they were more of a b*llache to apply and I found them to be not as forgiving as Wisteria Shine in terms of pliability and stretch. I pushed my luck a little and learnt fast that in this case the gels separate and the cured layer and the flakes separate! A couple split but overall success and they look great on although the same evening 1 pinged off ! Will fix with remaining I have.
I will come back after I put them to the true test (see wisteria shine ) after I’ve been on the farm.
Best advice I can give is proceed with caution with these applications for this design! If in doubt with sizing don’t try and stretch , if in doubt size up and trim excess to fit!
The colour is vibrant and the lamp itself is compact and effective. Would highly recommend
Applied and cured as per instructions , applied clear gel top coat and the hearts are no longer there to see . Followed the instruction sheet and now there just plain
I am in love with this design! I am definitely going to buy it again.
So impressed with these gel strips. Easy to apply, no damaged nails and have them on almost two weeks now and still looking good. I have not been overly kind to them, any other nails would have been chipped at the tips by now. Would not use any other nails again, absolutely love them. Thank you MOYOU x

The design is gorgeous with the gold outline around the flowers! I've had so many compliments!
The nail strips are thinner and were easier to stretch than other ones I've had. I'm hoping they'll last over 2 weeks!
I have very short nails, took off my acrylics and popped these on. So easy to do and they look great.

This is a great colour polish. Transfers well from plate to stamp.
I normally have no issues with these gel strips, occasionally one pops off but they normally last a good two weeks if not a little more. Unfortunately these ones seem to have an issue, I have lost 18, 5 came off in one day, replaced those and the next day another 3, All prep work done correctly and I even use top coat to seal the free edge. I have now replaced the ones I have lost with bits of other sets I have remaining over and those have t budged, Last week I lost three from one hand, and the two that were left were 2 strips from another set.
So really sorry but I don’t tecommend these at all. I should add that MoYpu are looking into this issue and have been nothing but helpful

I bought 3 packs of semi cured stickers, a UV lamp and various tools. You are advised to not go beyond your nail length and in my humble opinion that is because the sticker needs the rigidity of your own nail to stay rigid, the UV does next to nothing, even after 3, 4, or 5 minutes. HOWEVER, even with that fault I did find them very useful in protecting my very weak nails. An hours swimming in them, gardening and some housework and they were fine.
I am sorry to score so low, but the last few sets of nails have only lasted a couple of days. Some were a few months old so thought it could be due to that, but I put new ones on today and they came odd within a few hours. The first ones I had stayed on nearly 3 weeks and I am not doing anything differently. Will think twice before buying any more.
